Just up the block is OBB Studios' 15,000-square-foot full-service production facilities. A subsidiary of OBB Media, the company behind Kevin Hart’s Cold As Balls, Justin Bieber: Our World, Demi Lovato: Dancing With the Devil and Hailey Bieber's Who's In My Bathroom?, it's brought the likes of Kim Kardashian, Gwyneth Paltrow, The Chainsmokers and Ashley Graham to the nabe in the six months since opening.
